All waterproof tape that has a grip pretty good going to work. Remember that you do not "drown" the wart, but the humidity that causes both in the skin of infected wart crumbles over time. The roll have shown tape appears to be duct tape, which generally do not adhere to the skin well, I suspect it would not be able to remain on the skin long enough to superhydrate it.
